Manpower is Hiring a System Administrator and Project Coordinator, EHS Project Manager Near Remote, OR

Job Description

This role will work as a vendor supporting the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) department. Your primary function will be supporting EHS by supporting work streams and collaborating with various cross-functional teams to implement and deliver maintenance of the EHS technology solution for our client.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the creation and execution of a project plan for the implementation of a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution hosted by a 3rd party vendor Interface and communicate with the project team, management and internal/external stakeholders

  • Monitor project objectives and work with various stakeholders to outline expectations and deliverables to ultimately ensure that the project remains within scope and on track

  • Must be able to assess, prioritize and complete activities to meet project goals

  • Organize and maintain all project documentation- including development of a business requirements document (BRD)

  • Act as a subject matter expert of the system to be able to train team members, troubleshoot issues, test and validate applicability of new features/updates, and escalate bugs to vendor partner and follow through solutioning.

  • Support the development of data analytics to be leveraged for insights into change management decisions that will influence stakeholders to achieve team goals and drive strategic initiatives.

  • Ability to review and re-engineer existing processes to fit business needs and drive improvements; create workflow diagrams for these processes which can then be adapted into system logic for automation

Min Qualifications

  • 5-year experience managing complex projects and initiatives

  • Ability to multitask, solve problems creatively and work well under pressure

  • Ability to manage multiple projects or work streams concurrently

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently towards established project goals

  • Familiarity with EHS technology solutions and/or EHS management system framework

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and impeccable business judgment. Strong communication and collaboration skills exhibited in complex operational settings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading enterprise-grade SaaS implementation project, in particular implementation of EHS technology solutions

  • Experience with implementation of 3P solutions within Google and successfully integrating with 1P and 3P data management platforms

  • Experience with a variety of project management methodologies: waterfall, agile, scrum, etc.

  • Strong conflict resolution, negotiation and influencing skills

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, without formal authority, to manage large-scale projects from conception to completion

  • Experience working within the EHS field

  • Excellent written and oral communication and visual presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in Data Studio, Pivot Table, Google Workspace and PLX

  • Previous experience working at Google or proficiency in Cority software.
