- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
- Conduct inspections, diagnose issues, and make necessary repairs.
- Assist with installation and modification of building equipment.
- Manage work orders using tracking systems and support energy management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively and communicate clearly with colleagues.
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Ability to perform physical tasks including stooping, climbing, lifting/carrying heavy objects.
- Strong work ethic with a focus on following procedures and standards.
- Excellent communication skills for clear information exchange.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
