Ideal candidates will have a forward-thinking approach to work, anticipating inflection points to have automated solutions ready in advance. Experience with tool and technologies such as Azure DevOps, Powershell, Git, APIs, Azure PaaS, IIS, and Docker are required. This role is inclusive of related tasks such as handling security scans, generating build health reports, and assisting teams with test automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines
• Collaborate with agile teams to optimize environments, branching strategies, and pipelines to improve delivery
• Manage and enhance mobile app store pipelines and deployments
• Improve monitoring and alerts of environment issues
• Collaborate with Infrastructure resources for provisioning of resources, both on-premises and in the cloud
• Work with development teams to establish platforms to reduce dependencies and impediments
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of all CI/CD processes and Azure configurations
• Stay up-to-date with latest DevOps tools and technologies to make recommendations
• This position requires an Agile Process Tool Manager to assist or lead in the following tasks:
  1. Work with the Project Management team to configure projects using the agile method in Azure DevOps
  2. Manage roles and permissions for access rights within Azure DevOps
  3. Communicate efficiency recommendations based on DORA metrics

Position Requirements

Formal Education & Certification

Skills & Experience

• 5 years implementing CI/CD pipelines
• 5 years managing mobile app deployments to Google Play and Apple App stores
• 3 years working with Azure products and solutions
• Experience with Azure DevOps administration
• Experience working agile processes
• Expertise in Powershell or other scripting languages
• Expertise in Git version control
• Experience with Google Play and Apple App Store deployments
• Knowledge of mobile analytics platforms such as Firebase
• Experience managing Azure key vaults, app registrations, and client secrets
• Experience with Windows Server and IIS application hosting
• Experience with Docker containization
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools for infrastructure and applications
• Knowledge of DevSecOps implementations
• Understanding of DORA metrics
• Familiar with automated test plan integrations
• Familiar with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) such as Terraform
• Managing pipelines as well as providing build and test reports

Qualifications & Characteristics

• Must have a strong work ethic with good time management skills 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Work Environment

• 40-hour combined on-site, remote, and/or travel work week
• Sitting for extended periods of time
• Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools, and other computer components
• Ability to travel up to 25%
