Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Analyst to join our team in the Lexington Park, MD location.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Analyze program cost requirements and develop budgets.
- Perform program/project analysis.
- Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings.
- Collect, complete, organize, and interpret financial information related to product programs.
- Track program/project status and schedules, to include risk identification and management.
- Applies policies and procedures for financial planning.
- Development of organization and project level business processes, standards, and procedures
- Development, maintenance, and reporting of overarching project financial requirements.
- At least three (3) years of professional experience relevant to Management Analyst duties in support of program/project requirements
- BS/BA degree in technical or business discipline
- Cost Estimation / Management Analyst experience within the NAVAIR or Navy DoD environment
- Secret Clearance required
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers.
