Overview: Responsible for provisioning system access requests, complete required research or analysis and determine appropriate resolution(s). Responsible for the administration of Active Directory (groups and accounts) and Exchange. Primary Responsibilities: Provision more difficult approved myAccess system requests, while adhering to department confidentiality as it applies to user provisioning and/or related projects. Assist in application re-certifications. Ensure completion of system access requests within required service level agreements, following procedures and processes to completion so requested system access is accurately provisioned. Work with Engineering and Governance to complete research and trouble-shoot issues. Troubleshooting user access-related issues to ensure end users can access required applications to complete their job functions. Analyze identity and access management issues or problems and make necessary recommendation to management for resolution. May assist and provide guidance to less experienced personnel. Provisioning of Active Directory and Exchange. Including the creation of Active Directory groups, Firecall Accounts, and Service Accounts. Responsible for Privileged Access Management. Adhere to all SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) key controls. Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management. Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand. Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable. Complete other related duties as assigned. Education and Experience Required: Combined minimum of 5 years' higher education and/or operational/business analytics experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills Strong time management skills Strong lateral thinking skills Strong problem-solving skills Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent software packages Excellent problem solving skills to assist in issue resolution Education and Experience Preferred: Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Identity and Access Management Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and Azure Experience with Identity IQ (SailPoint) Certification in business, Information Technology, and/or security M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $70,023.60 - $116,706.01 Annual (USD). The successful candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
