WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🌟

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The Email Marketing Manager will report into the Director of Marketing Automation and be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, increase revenue, and enhance customer loyalty. This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative edge, adept at using data to inform decisions and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀

• Design and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies to meet company objectives, including promotional campaigns, conversion, and transactional emails
• Oversee the execution of broadcast email campaigns on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, including planning, targeting, segmentation, content creation, scheduling, testing, and deployment
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, to improve open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall effectiveness
• Manage the email database for optimal segmentation and targeting, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling email content that resonates with our audience and drives action
• Work closely with content marketing, product, and customer experience teams to align email marketing strategies with overall business goals
• Ensure all email campaigns comply with current email best practices, including deliverability, privacy laws, and opt-in regulations

WHAT YOU'LL BRING 💥

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot) and marketing automation technology.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in A/B testing, analytics, and reporting tools.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design is a plus
• Familiarity with GDPR and other email compliance regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
