WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a Manager, Performance Marketing to optimize our performance marketing efforts at ManyChat. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a robust understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics. You will be expected to leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns effectively and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will report to the Head of Performance Marketing and will manage a dynamic team who will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with the company's objectives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop and execute innovative performance marketing strategies to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels, including PPC/SEM, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product/UX, brand, creative, content, and customer success departments, to develop a cohesive and effective marketing strategy.
• Analyze campaign performance data to refine and optimize marketing efforts continually.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling advertising materials and ensure brand consistency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in digital marketing technologies, and implement new tactics to maintain competitive advantage.
• Lead, mentor, and expand the performance marketing team to support business growth.
• Establish strong relationships with key marketing platform partners and vendors.
• Provide detailed reports and analysis to senior management highlighting campaign results and investment impacts.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of successful performance marketing strategies.
• Expertise in various advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
• Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Innovative and creative, with a concise, precise, and effective approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
