WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, who will report to the Manager, Performance Marketing. This person will be adept at crafting and executing effective performance marketing strategies that boost user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role requires deep expertise across a range of digital marketing channels such as PPC/SEM, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch across multiple channels.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product/UX, brand, creative, content, and customer success departments to develop a cohesive and effective marketing strategy.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Manage substantial marketing budget and allocate/spend funds wisely.
• Continuously test new digital marketing channels, including new social media platforms, programmatic advertising, and other emerging technologies.
• Produce detailed reports on key performance indicators and other measurable objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies, including updates on PPC/SEM and social media.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in performance marketing.
• Extensive knowledge of various advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
• Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
• Proficiency in marketing automation technology.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills.
• Innovative and creative, with a concise, precise, and effective approach to problem-solving.
