We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Cannabis Production Assistant. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the processing of cannabis products, including rolling joints, trimming products, and operating processing machines, in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Responsibilities
•Assist with the production of cannabis products, including rolling joints, trimming product, and operating processing machines according to established quality standards and production schedules.
•Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to cannabis processing and product quality.
•Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each stage of the production process, maintaining consistency and accuracy in product preparation and packaging.
•Perform quality control checks to identify and address any issues or discrepancies in product quality or quantity.
•Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas, including equipment and tools, to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
•Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines, communicating effectively and supporting each other as needed.
•Embrace opportunities for learning and growth within the cannabis industry, seeking to expand knowledge and skills in various aspects of cannabis production.
Qualifications
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•21 years of age or older
•Previous experience in cannabis production or a related field is preferred but not required.
•Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
•Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
•Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes.
•Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to adhere to company policies and regulations.
•Flexibility to work in various roles within the production process as needed.
