Maple Creek of Lakewood is Hiring a Caregiver Near Lakewood, WA

Maple Creek of Lakewood in Lakewood, WA is looking for one Caregiver for a day shift position - every other weekend off. Must be able to work on Sundays. We are a hard working, fun loving bunch of people who are looking for awesome people to join our team.

The Caregiver is one of the key employees in our Assisted Living Community. This position has more contact with residents than any other. Staff in this position must provide the facility with a continuous stream of information on resident status, needs and issues. Caregiver's must be alert to changes in resident health, attitude and need. They must be able to clearly and concisely transfer this information through the system to ensure proper action is taken. The Caregiver must be able to adapt to the changing needs of the facility and the resident population at any given point in time. They must be able to provide the direct care needed to help residents maintain their highest level of independence. They serve as the linchpin of the facility care team.

Qualification Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, have sufficient communication and language skills to enable them to perform their duties and interact effectively with residents and staff.
