Maple Meadows Assisted Living is Hiring a Medication Aide (PRN) Near Fond du Lac, WI

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated PRN Medication Aide to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and ensuring the well-being of individuals in a hospital or nursing home setting.

Must be available for all 3 shifts

Responsibilities:

- Administer medications to patients following prescribed schedules
- Document medication administration accurately and timely
- Monitor patients for any adverse reactions to medications
- Assist with activities of daily living as needed
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a hospital or nursing home setting is preferred
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Experience using electronic medical record systems
