Position Overview: As an Acquisition Associate, you will play a crucial role in the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of real estate opportunities. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to assess potential investments, conduct due diligence, and negotiate deals. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of real estate markets, financial analysis, and has excellent negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential investment opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, property values, and economic indicators to inform acquisition strategies.

Deal Sourcing:

• Proactively source and identify potential real estate opportunities through various channels, including networking, databases, and industry connections.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, property owners, and other industry professionals.

Financial Analysis:

• Evaluate the financial viability of potential acquisitions through detailed financial modeling and analysis.
• Assess risk factors, return on investment, and other financial metrics to support decision-making.

Due Diligence:

• Coordinate and manage due diligence processes, including property inspections, environmental assessments, and legal reviews.
• Ensure all necessary documentation and information are collected and analyzed for informed decision-making.

Negotiation:

• Engage in negotiations with property owners, brokers, and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements and contracts.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing investment opportunities for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of property details, financial analysis, and transaction documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in real estate acquisition, investment analysis, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with local real estate markets and regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
