Description
Maps Credit Union seeks an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our hardworking team. If you are passionate about helping people find their dream job and assisting at every phase of the employee life cycle, this may be the opportunity for you! As an HR Generalist, you will use your juggling skills to assist with recruitment, onboarding, benefits, HRIS administration, and HR Business Partner support, all while ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies. Bring your enthusiasm, relationship building, and communication skills to a top-notch team of four who are focused on people.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of Human Resources experience, excel at working with people, thrive in a high-performing team, and enjoy a day filled with ever-changing challenges, problem solving, and serving employees. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!
Key responsibilities of the HR Generalist include, but are not limited to:

Exempt pay range: $60,000 - $68,000 per year.
Work schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule (2 days onsite, 3 remote)
