Assistant Summer School Program Coordinator

• Positive team member/collaborator who enjoys working with all
• Possess positive communication skills with staff and parents
• Detail oriented and organizational skills
• Experience in supervising before/after school/summer programs preferred

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with the other summer school staff members
• Contact enrichment providers to create schedule for summer school session
• Develop appropriate forms and flyers
• Communicate schedule and enrollment to parents and enrichment providers
• Point of contact for enrichment providers and transportation
• Oversee data collection and complete data reports to fulfill the requirements of the 21st Century Grant
• Support the development and organization of curriculum materials
• Lead instructional small groups in the area of literacy, math and social emotional learning
• Responsible for ensuring students are picked-up by designated adult
• Oversee staff regarding student supervision
• Support and implement behavior management plans with students
• Other duties as assigned

Hours/Details for the Summer School Program:

• 2 locations: Programs will be located at Briggs Elementary (K-5) and Cardinal Elementary (PK).
• Monday through Friday throughout June.
• Contract Dates: June 3, 2024 - June 28, 2024

Stipend: $5,000
