As a Recruitment Consultant, you will :

Client Engagement

Contact potential clients and establish new relationships.

Client Meetings

Meet clients face-to-face to understand their business needs.

Candidate Sourcing

Advertise and find new candidates using various platforms like LinkedIn.

Candidate Management

Speak with candidates, gather information, and manage their expectations.

Recruitment Process

Oversee the recruitment process through to the offer stage.

Degree Educated

A degree is required for this role.

Preferred Background

A sports background is preferred.

Personality Traits

Sociable, confident, money-motivated, and goal-oriented individuals are highly desired.
