Uncapped Commission : 1st Year OTE $80,000

We are seeking hard-working, talented, curious, and sales-driven individuals to join our growing team of recruitment consultants in Miami.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Manage the Recruitment Life Cycle : Bring on board new clients, source candidates, and oversee the entire interview process.
• Talent Acquisition : Source, screen, and interview candidates.
• Process Management : Manage the full recruitment cycle from first contact to completion. This includes arranging and preparing candidates for interviews, managing feedback, closing deals, and conducting post-placement follow-ups.
• Research : Actively network with candidates and industry connections, perform market mapping, and use various databases and social media.
• Market Intelligence : Generate leads from interactions with industry professionals and stay updated with market news.

• Degree Level Education
• Preferred Background : Sports background
• Ideal Experience : Sales experience (Car sales, Estate agency, Door-to-door, Telesales, B2B, B2C)
• Personality Traits : Sociable, confident, money-motivated, and goal-oriented
