Marathon Group is an automotive administrative company with offices in Belleville, IL and Houston, TX. Our organization provides administrative services for a variety of clients within the automotive industry, providing support to a network of nationwide customers. Our Belleville, IL location is looking to bring on a FULL-TIME customer service representatives to add to our team of talented customer support staff. Experience in call center environment, with emphasis on customer service and client relations is a huge plus. Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus, but not required.
Job Duties
- Handle Inbound Customer Support Calls
- Access and Explain Contract Benefits and Coverage
- Process Incoming Electronic Customer Questions
- Process Incoming Client Support Requests
- Place Outbound Concierge Service Calls to Customers
- Misc. Weekly/Monthly Administrative Duties
