Job Description
- Organize and conduct moderately complex training and educational programs for Information Systems (IS) or user personnel.
- Maintain records of training, activities, employee progress and program effectivenes.
- High school Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
- 2 years' IT experience
- Training experience
- Excellent communication skills
