Key Responsibilities

• Perform central heating repairs and maintenance.
• Conduct boiler servicing.
• Issue landlord gas safety certificates.
• Handle general plumbing repairs and maintenance in rental and privately owned properties.

Ideal Candidate

• Gas Safe registered with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Qualified general domestic plumbing and heating engineer.

Typical Duties

• Landlord Gas Safety checks.
• Boiler servicing.
• Central heating maintenance.
• Cylinder and tank upgrades.
• General plumbing tasks.
• Leak investigation and repair.

Requirements

• Certifications: CCN1, CPA1, CKR1, HTR1, CENWAT.
• LPG qualification (not essential).
• Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience (preferred).
• Full UK driving license.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management skills.
• Self-motivated.
