Job Description: Leasing Agent Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Leasing Agent to join our team. As a Leasing Agent, you will play a crucial role in our property management operations, focusing on leasing activities and ensuring tenant satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in the real estate industry and contribute to the success of our leasing department. Duties: - Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide information on available units. - Assist in lease preparation, review lease terms with tenants, and ensure all necessary documents are accurately completed. - Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants promptly and professionally. - Collaborate with the property management team to ensure high occupancy rates and tenant retention. - Address tenant concerns and coordinate maintenance requests with the maintenance team. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and ensure compliance in all leasing activities. - Utilize effective customer relationship management skills to build rapport with tenants and resolve conflicts efficiently. Requirements: - Previous experience in property leasing or real estate administration is advantageous. - Familiarity with office procedures, contract management, and legal administrative tasks related to leasing. - Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage tenant relationships effectively. - Knowledge of facilities management practices to oversee property maintenance issues. - Understanding of Fair Housing regulations to ensure fair treatment of all tenants. - Proficiency in maintaining organized files and documentation related to leasing activities.
