We are seeking a contract marketing support role to help drive pipeline targeting both prospects and existing customers. This role will support 3 regional marketing managers with day-to-day operations.

This role will support the regional managers in their development and execution of campaigns and events and partnering closely with other marketing teams to execute the initiatives. These other teams include social media, digital, and business development reps.

This role will also spend approximately 30% of the time specifically supporting our public sector business – both Federal and state and local agencies. The majority of that will be working with the Public Sector sales teams on preparing for upcoming events and supporting post event follow up activities.

What you will be responsible for:

Operational

• Update marketing weekly report
• Open tickets in Monday
• Research new swag ideas
• Bulk giveaway & collateral orders – keep up w/ inventory
• Submit warehouse/shipping orders
• Submit contracts/POs events and updating budget/allocation
• SFDC Reports for each rep and their accounts for us to monitor during 1v1/region meetings

Research

• Regular research on conferences and ancillary event, experiences
• Competitor research - what are they promoting/talking about, where are they in market

Pre event/demand prep

• Contribute to copy for event social posts and emails
• Updating social team monthly on events/submit Posts for Social
• Breakdown of the events leads - pre-reg lists assigned to what sales rep?
• Contribute to attention generating activities to do at booths for upcoming events

Post event/demand prep

• Cleaning of lists for uploads/share draft w/event owner
• Execute post event social/emails
• Update event results regularly by rep to the rep/BDR -leverage event SFDC reports/share with sales
• Monitoring event follow-up being actioned on, arm the team with follow-up materials
• Review of results of outreach cadences

Public Sector Support

• Identify staffing needs for PubSec events, registering them
• Coordinate Booth resource orders (internet, electric, furnishing, etc.)

Required Skills:

• Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, SFDC
• Experience in working on tradeshow/corporate events a plus
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• 2 years relevant marketing experience, preferably in the software and/or cybersecurity industry.
