Marchon Partners is Hiring an Office Manager Near Burlington, MA

Marchon's client is hiring a Facilities Assistant/Office Manager. This individual is expected to be in the office full time, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the point person for new employees and contractors badging.
  • Coordinate with vendors on catering and office supplies ordering. Vendor management.
  • Assist with event planning
  • Responsible for shipping/processing.
  • Work with property manager to keep the office clean and safe.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in office / facility management
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite tools
  • Experience with Robin Workplace Management tool is a plus
  • Experience with Kaplan Security system is a plus
