Job Summary
MARCO'S PIZZA of Whitmore Lake, MI is seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quick-service fast food restaurants, banquet services, and food service management.

Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory control, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets
- Conduct interviews, hire, train, and supervise staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Oversee food quality and presentation standards
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain inventory levels
- Implement marketing initiatives to drive business growth

Skills
- Experience in food service management with a focus on quick-service fast food restaurants
- Proficient in inventory control and cost management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
- Knowledge of fine dining practices and hospitality management
- Ability to conduct interviews and provide effective staff training
- Familiarity with coffee service is a plus
