Marco’s pizza seeking a Shift Leader/Manager for our restaurant located in Bossier LA. Shift Leader/Manager performs duties in accordance with the policies and procedures set by the management. Should ensure compliance with standards for customer relations, brand equity, food costs, safety, sanitation, and product preparation and merchandising. They will manage the business unit during low or high-volume periods, opening and closing hours, etc. The Shift Leader/Managerassumes overall responsibility for the operation of the business unit in the Store Manager's absence.Principal Duties, Responsibilities, and Qualities of this position include but are not limited to:
