Overview
We are seeking a skilled General Manager and Shift Managers to oversee our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, food production, and restaurant management.

Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations
- Ensure high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality
- Manage and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue goals
- Monitor food and labor costs to achieve budget targets
- Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu offerings

Experience
- Proven experience in casual dining or restaurant management
- Strong knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Culinary background or certification is a plus
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial analysis in the food industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
