This position requires an experienced Tax Private Client Services professional with strong interpersonal and supervisory skills. Responsibilities Prepare and review individual, trust, estate and gift tax returns Interact closely with clients year round to provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance services in a timely manner. Ensure complete client satisfaction through open communication, managing expectations, meeting deadlines, and proactively sharing tax saving strategies. Prepare budgets and schedule engagements accordingly. Train and mentor lighter level associates. Qualifications Bachelors or Masters in Accounting and CPA eligible 2-3 years solid tax experience in the HNW area. 2 years experience in prep of Individual/1040s with some experience preferred in Partnership, Trust, S-Corps, and gift tax returns CCH Axcess, Microsoft office suite, BNA tax planner, and SurePrep experience preferred Experience with GoFileRoom and Engagement preferred Good communication skills (both verbal and writing skills) and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, managers and partners Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
