Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Regional Human Resources Manager to join our national construction company. The Regional Human Resources Manager plays a critical role as a first point of contact for all human resources related matters and providing strong customer service across multiple locations within the designated region. Working closely with the Regional VP, Branch & Office Managers, HR Director, HR team members as well as all team members of the region, the Regional HR Manager will collaborate with various departments, other regions & the corporate team members to ensure the effective implementation and application of the company’s HR policies, strategies and initiatives that align with our organizational goals and values.
