**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Parts Manager to oversee our parts department and ensure efficient operations. The Parts Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of parts to support equipment maintenance.
**Duties:**
- Coordinate with dealerships, AM and used parts vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Oversee pricing strategies for parts to maximize profitability
- Implement parts management practices to optimize efficiency
- Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors for effective supplier management
- Utilize CCC One for ordering, inventory tracking, and management
- Coordinate planning to meet operational needs
- Supervise parts storage and distribution when jobs are assigned
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in parts management, preferably in a collision or automotive setting
- Strong knowledge of best practices regarding repair planning and automotive parts
- Proficiency in CCC One for parts ordering, receiving and tracking
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective vendor management
- Ability to operate a forklift is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
