Full Time 64 hour bi-weekly Rotation on 2nd Shift (2:45p-11:15p)

This position is responsible for overseeing nursing and resident care for all units. The position coordinates the clinical services, ensures that resident outcomes are achieved and monitors for effective internal resource utilization to assure that the financial and resident goals of the organization are achieved. The position has oversight of all employees within the community on the shift in which they work.
