Marian Home is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Fort Dodge, IA

Qualified Applicant must be able to:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide information and assistance to visitors, clients, and employees
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform data entry and clerical tasks as needed
- Assist with project coordination and administrative support to various departments
- Utilize computerized systems for record keeping and information retrieval

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and phone systems
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our organization. Your friendly demeanor, professional appearance, and excellent customer service skills will contribute to creating a positive impression for our guests and clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by providing administrative support to various departments.
