Key Responsibilities (Top 5-6)
- Manage and maintain Predictive and Preventative Maintenance Programs, including decisions on spare parts inventory/ordering to ensure equipment reliability.
- Develop, Train, and Schedule maintenance personnel.
- Drive results to meet/exceed KPI targets for maintenance and evaluate root cause of areas needing improvement while planning proactive maintenance strategies.
- Interact with management & production control concerning equipment design and configuration to ensure production efficiencies.
- Maintain detailed records of all work performed.
- Ensure observance of all environmental procedures including spill response and storm
Position Requirements
- 5 years experience in Industrial Maintenance
- Previous supervisory experience a plus
- Experience in Predictive/Preventive maintenance.
- Previous experience with CMMS systems
- Electrical and mechanical experience (including PLCs, hydraulics & pneumatics)
- Flexibility in work hours
- Must have own tools
- Welding and Fabrication skills a plus
