About the Role:

Responsibilities:

1. Accountable for the successful delivery of SAP program phases, releases, and components
2. Responsible for overall quality, engagement, and adherence to the schedule and budget for the project
3. Ensure delivery of SAP program in alignment with client delivery methodologies
4. Collaborate with the project manager(s) in the management of overall resource allocation and capacity planning for the SAP program
5. Manage program level status, metrics, issues and risks and oversee overall completion and sign-off on program deliverables
6. Ensure effective program oversight, including engagement, program and project reviews to ensure success and serve as a mentor to project managers
7. Lead and own engagement-planning and program-planning activities
8. Oversee the delivery of multiple SAP projects related to successful engagement or program execution
9. Own the engagement and program plan; Carry responsibility of delivering its major elements including program’s business objectives, scope and solution within quality criteria (on time, within budget)
10. Build proactive formal and informal communication/relationship with key stakeholders outside of direct team
11. Work closely with business owners (L1, L2) to ensure impact is coming and identify roadblocks, need for sponsor involvement
12. Execute against program goals to meet overarching transformational objectives, review impact execution status
13. Prepare and provide clear and concise decision making up to the steering committee, top level management and IT leadership
14. Lead and manage SAP governance committees and ensure E2E program reporting and RAID management
15. Coordinate and manage E2E integration activities
16. Adhere to PMO governance standards, communications, and schedules

Qualification & Skills Required:

1. 10 years’ experience delivering and managing SAP programs
2. Should have managed projects worth of 6 to 8 million dollars
3. Multiple SAP ECC/S/4HANA/ SAP lifecycle implementations experience
4. Manufacturing & Remanufacturing industry experience preferred
5. Must be able to manage resources and interdependencies, define and set up work, and have a high level of ownership and accountability throughout the project life cycle
6. Ability to effectively manage and resolve escalations
7. Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change
8. Excellent understanding of SAP solutions
9. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
