About Us
What's Currently Happening at Maricopa
Perform basic computer lab support functions assisting students with hardware, software, basic technology questions. Help maintain cleanliness and appearance of the computer lab, provides troubleshooting support of basic college systems and answer student questions both in person and online during open lab hours.
High-school diploma or GED
Working knowledge in the use and operation of PC and MAC computing hardware, software, operating systems, printers, and scanners.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
Demonstrated customer service experience using phones and office systems responding to customer requests in a timely, respectful, and efficient manner.

In order to qualify for a Federal Work-Study (FWS) job, a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) must be on file for the current award year and have eligible financial needs based on the college requirements. Please contact the Office of Financial Aid for more information prior to applying to a Federal Work-Study job.
