Premier printing company in Maryland is busy. Due to company growth, the firm is searching to hire an experienced Print Customer Service Rep/Production Planner to join their team.
Responsibilities include:

• Act as a liaison between sales reps, prepress and the internal production teams to ensure jobs are produced on time according to client expectations.
• Oversee and manage the production of the jobs from the time the project starts through shipping making sure proper people are aware of any changes or issues that arise.
• Create detailed project plans to ensure optimal resource efficiency and utilization.
• Coordinate and communicate with outside vendors to secure proper material and services.

Qualifications include:

• 3 - 5 years minimum printing production and/or customer service experience in the printing industry.
• Technical knowledge in printing/ graphic arts manufacturing operations including prepress, press and finishing.
• Working knowledge of commercial sheetfed and digital printing, prepress, and binding operations.
• Proficient in MSO Suite and working knowledge of Print MIS software preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task efficiently and accurately.

Starting salary range $70,000 - $80,000 company benefits, 401k and profit sharing program.
