Community Manger Job description (Conventional)
JOB SUMMARY: The Community Manager has the responsibility, under the supervision of the Portfolio Manager and/or Director of Properties, for all phases of operations of an income producing residential property. This includes but is not limited to, the general administration of the property, leasing of the apartment units, fiscal oversight, and physical maintenance of the property. The Community Manager retains total authority for ensuring day-to-day operation of the property. This position is Tuesday through Saturday 9AM to 6PM. |
