Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team!!.
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, and closing sales deals. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including retail sales, outside sales, and market research
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with customers to secure profitable deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products in the market
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a dealership or retail environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in basic math calculations for pricing and discounts
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
