Our client is a major Am law firm, seeking a mid-level associate for its Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits practice in New York. The salary for this role is between $225,000 to $435,000.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of executive compensation and benefits experience, including advising private and public companies and alternative asset managers on executive compensation matters.
- Additional experience supporting M&A, corporate governance and capital markets matters.
- JD from accredited law school with excellent academics.
- New York Bar is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team focused.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
