Business Tax Associate - New York City

Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a seasoned Business Tax Attorney with a minimum of 6 years' experience in broad-based business taxation. This position is located in the firm’s New York office.

The salary range for this position is $355,000 - $450,000 and may vary depending on experience and other factors.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years' experience in broad-based business taxation.
• Candidates must have experience in general Corporate Taxation, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Partnership work, with international experience a plus.
• An LL.M. in Tax is preferred.
• Candidates must be self-motivated, personable team players with outstanding academic and professional credentials.
• JD from an accredited law school is required.
• New York State bar admission is required.
