Our client is a top firm, seeking a mid-level associate for its Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Seattle, Santa Monica, New York or Washington DC offices. The salary for this position is between $260,000 - $390,000.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in advising public companies on issues related to SEC compliance, disclosure, governance and exchange matters.
- Experience assisting issuers or investment banks in capital market transactions.
- Be familiar with or have an interest in the technology or life sciences industries.
- Excellent academic credentials and communication skills.
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
