Global Employment and Labor Law Associate - Palo Alto or San Francisco

Our client, a top Am Law 100 firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience for their North America Employment & Compensation Practice Group. This position can be based in Palo Alto or San Francisco, California.

The salary range for this position is between $225,000 to $260,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors. This position will receive benefits, and is eligible for bonuses.

Overview:

The Associate Attorney will provide comprehensive domestic and international employment law counseling and litigation representation to multinational clients. The scope of work includes navigating international labor laws, assisting in the expansion or contraction of global operations, and defending companies in state and federal court.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of employment counseling or general employment litigation experience
• Background in international employment law
• Excellent analytical, communication, and writing skills
• Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school.
• Must be admitted to the California Bar (or have ability to become admitted)
