- 2 years of labor and employment law experience including traditional collective bargaining, labor grievances, family-leave and workplace-accommodation issues.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required
- J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in New York and/or New Jersey
- Experience in the maritime industry is a plus
