Life Sciences Health Industry Associate (Mid-Level)

Our client, a top Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join its innovative and inter-disciplinary team focusing on health care regulatory counseling for digital health and medical technology companies. This position can be based in multiple office locations including: Washington DC, Dallas, Houston, and Austin.

The salary range for this position is between $235,000 - $365,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.

Ideal candidate should have experience with:

• Health care regulatory matters, including Federal health care program (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid) enrollment, reimbursement, billing, and compliance (focus on independent diagnostic testing facilities is a plus)
• Compliance with the Anti-Kickback Statute, including product and service pricing and discounts
• Market access, including reimbursement support and patient access programs
• Health privacy and/or internal and government investigations is a plus

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience (Law school class years 2019-2021)
• Must have the ability to communicate directly with internal and external clients through live discussions as well as clear, concise written legal advice
• Must have ability to provide risk-based analyses of complex concepts
• Must have a JD from an accredited law school, and possess excellent academic credentials
• Must have state bar admission in jurisdiction of practice
