Our client is a major international firm, seeking a midlevel patent prosecution associate in Boston, Palo Alto, Philadelphia, and Palo Alto. The salary for this position starts at $225,000 , which depends upon a range of factors.
Qualifications
- 1-5 years of patent prosecution experience in a biotechnology practice, focused on antibodies, DNA or RNA therapeutics, chemical biology, and gene-editing.
- Advanced degree [Ph.D. preferred], in life sciences, including molecular biology, immunology, biochemistry, and cell biology.
- USPTO Registration Number is required.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice [or eligible to become admitted].
- Strong writing and communication skills.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
