Patent Associate or Patent Agent - Biotech
Our client is a top firm, seeking a Biotech Patent Associate or Patent Agent for its Washington, DC, Boston, East Brunswick, NJ, Coral Gables, FL, Hartford, CT, Newark, NJ New York, Philadelphia, Stamford, Trenton, or Wilmington locations. This position may also be open to remote work for the right candidate.
Qualifications
- 2-6 years of experience drafting and prosecuting biotechnology patent applications.
- Ph.D. degree in biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, pharmacology, and/or life sciences.
- For associates, admission to at least one state bar.
- USPTO admission is strongly preferred.
- Excellent writing, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client-interfacing skills; team focused.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
