Our client is a large Am law firm, seeking an IP trademark associate with 1-3 years for its Intellectual Property practice nationwide [see below list of locations]. The salary for this position in LA, Boston, NY and DC is between $185k to $205k.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience assisting with copyright, trademark and domain name matters, trademark/copyright clearance, and trademark prosecution.
- Experience in IP litigation (copyright, trademark, domain name).
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills; team focused.
