Trademark/Copyright Attorney - Los Angeles
Our client is a major firm, seeking a trademark/copyright staff attorney for its highly-recognized Intellectual Property practice in Los Angeles, working with national and international companies. This position will compensate between $160,000 to $270,000 per year. This is a non-partner track position.
Qualifications
- 4 years of previous law firm experience in trademark and copyright law, including trademark title clearance and opinion letters, trademark and copyright portfolio maintenance and management, and enforcement.
- Experience with licensing and due diligence/M&A.
- Experience working with entertainment/media, tech, social media, online services and consumer products is preferred.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills; team focused.
- State bar admission [California preferred].
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
