Our client is a top firm, seeking a trademark associate with 2-5 years of experience for its offices in all firm offices, including Washington, DC, Anchorage, Denver, Boulder, Aspen, Santa Fe, Salt Lake City, Boise, Billings, and Las Vegas. The salary for this position is between $185,000 to $230,000 and may vary depending upon a range of factors.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of domestic and international trademark prosecution and enforcement.
- Experience conducting trademark searches and global trademark strategies.
- Experience with TTAB proceedings, online and social media enforcement, and UDRP proceedings is a plus.
- Excellent communication and writing skills; strong client-interfacing skills; team focused.
- Strong academic credentials.
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
