DUTIES:

• You will perform and advise on budget administration including the formulation of budget and estimates to support plans, programs, and activities.
• You will present and defend budget estimates before authorities and review and evaluate budget requests.
• You will analyze and recommend costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organization’s programs and administrative operations.
• You will implement legal and regulatory controls over approved budgets.
• You will providing advice on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds to support the organization’s programs and activities

QUALIFICATIONS:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying fiscal law, policies, regulations, principles or standards to financial management; overseeing the execution of procedures and systems that maintain financial, force structure and manpower data, and statistical files for comparative analysis.
