What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Solutions Analyst I position at Marine Federal Credit Union?
We are looking for a new team member in our Information Technology Department that will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and system maintenance of various business systems, specific to the digital member experience. Required duties would include:
- Establish and maintain technical knowledge of current and future systems to the level of expertise
- Continuously review and evaluate current systems as well as new technology to provide guidance and use planning for streamlined business solutions
- Research and documentation of technical configurations and operating procedures
- Work with various members of the Information Technology team to provide end user information and testing procedures
- Serve as a contact in the research and documentation of project planning
- Stay abreast of regulatory requirements, meets sensitive deadlines, and implements updates and enhancements of digital platforms
Desired Qualifications and Experience
- Strong technical writing and communication skills
- Possess skills and experience in one or more of the following software applications: Acrobat Professional, Microsoft Office, Visual Studio
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent combination of experience and education, OR strong background in financial operations, payment systems, digital services, lending origination, loan servicing, core systems and/or CRM with demonstrated technical aptitude
- Financial institution experience a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex technical projects

Pay: $43,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
