Job Description
Our small, residential Property Management company is currently seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for handling the day-to-day financial operations of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Entering vendor invoices
- Issuing vendor and owner payments in a timely manner
- Bank deposits and monthly account reconciliation
- Generating monthly financial statements
- Tax Reporting and end of year 1099s
Qualifications:
- At least three years' experience in bookkeeping/accounting
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Experience in Property Management and Appfolio software a plus
